With the world-wide economy development, the problem of shorting energyresources has become remarkably prominent. The wind energy is a kind of cleanrenewable energy, the using proportion of the wind energy to the other energydramatically increasing. The industry of the wind power develops to a certain scale inChina last few years, but China gets behind the international community inconcerning the technical research of wind power, especially the key technique of thewind turbine. The blades, the key part of the wind turbine, were studied in this article.The main conclusions are as follows:1. Integrated native and foreign data in wind power field, introduced wind powerindustry actuality and the development of manufacturing technics of wind turbineblades, especially expounded the airfoil profiling which customarily used in bladesdesign. Classified the blades structure according to its manufacturing material, at lastsummarized the four key steps of blade design.2. The precise 3D modeling of blade. Firstly, the data of the airfoil profiling ofblades were revolved and converted to the data of the 3D data by the software ofExcel based on the coordinate conversion. Secondly, the 3D model was built withPro/E and the precise model was convenient for further analysis. The modelingmethod gave a reference for other types blades and other analog complicatedstructures precisely modeling.3. The layer placement method of blade. According to the structure design of airfoiland airscrew, especially the placement method of layers, combining the aerodynamicsand its force condition, took 11kw blade for example, computed a layer design. Givea mold for dynamics analysis.4. Dynamics analysis. In this paper based on the aerodynamic theory, and bysetting up the equation of dynamics, by the use of finite element analysis software ofANSYS, making vibration modal analysis to blade, we can easily carry out severalfrontal natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modals of blade, combinedwith the problem analysis of blade rupture, the final results take an essentialfoundation for structure design of the blade.
