Research On The Key Technology Of Passenger Satisfaction Evaluation

Railway is one of most important means in transportation which plays a key role in the national economy development. The ticket price is low and railway transportation is safe which is suitable for middle-long passenger transportation. In a long period of time, the railway is dominating the transportation industry. With the socialism market economy built and developed, the transportation is China have increasing a lot especially in airline and road transport Which make the competition among all kinds of transportation tougher. The lack of investigation and research lead the railway passenger transport stand in a disadvantage position when competing with other transport means. The share in the market is decreasing year by year. To increase performance and strength compete ability, understanding the passenger needs and enhance the passenger satisfaction research is necessary.This paper analyzed the passenger satisfaction on the bases of related theory and established a series of indicator system. Designed the railway passenger satisfaction questionnaire and collected passenger satisfaction information according to the indicator system established. Expatiated the way of how to measure the railway passenger satisfaction through the parameter and tested the rationality of indicator system. In the process of calculating, the SPSS software has been applied to factor analysis. Multiple regressions has been also used to analyze each factors essentiality and established the railway passenger satisfaction factor measure model which used to calculate the real case.
