With the development of market economy, the high-speed rail has ushered in a leapfrog development, which makes some influences with highway passenger transport. In the increasingly competitive passenger transport market, highway passenger transportation industry should improve its service quality quickly so as to increase its passenger satisfaction. This is the best way to keep advantage in the competition from other modes of transport. How to understand passenger’s feeling and need timely, find out the problems existing in the highway passenger service? A systematic, feasible and scientific highway passenger service passenger satisfaction evaluation model is needed. The evaluation model can increase passenger’s satisfaction and the comprehensive competitiveness of highway passenger transport company.At first, the author studies the relevant theories. By studying the highway passenger transport service theory, the author defines the components of highway passenger transport, which is highways, bus terminal, buses, transport company, passenger, transport authorities. Then, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existed satisfaction evaluation model. By doing this, the author puts forward the highway passenger service satisfaction evaluation model which is based on cloud theory. The thought of L d attack is also considered during the model building.At second, the author builds the highway passenger service satisfaction evaluation system according to the theory of highway passenger transport services. In order to make the final evaluation results more scientific and accurate, the author makes factor analysis to select indexes of the preliminary built evaluation system by using SPSS. Then the author makes a reliability text to the screened evaluation system, the result shows that the system is reliable.Then, the author builds the highway passenger service satisfaction evaluation system according to the cloud theory. Firstly, the author transforms the system into cloud model by using the concept of virtual tree in cloud theory. Secondly, the satisfaction degree is divided into 5 grade, the digital features of each grade is determined according to the golden rule. Thirdly, the cloud bidirectional cognitive model and the cloud update model are used to deal with the survey data making it has the characteristic of big data so as to get the final digital features of each index. The weight is determined by using the subjective and objective weighting method based on cloud theory. Finally, the author uses the forward cloud generator to generate the family satisfaction cloud and all pending evaluation family cloud, by comparing the similarity between them, we can get the final highway passenger transport service satisfaction survey results.Finally, Hangzhou to Jinyun line is used as an example to verify the feasibility of the model. The final score of this line is 61.969 point, passenger satisfaction degree is good.
