Temperature control of water coolant oven is a ternperature target, which has big time lag and time invariables. In the past, people used continuous control, which proves to have disadvantages such as need of excessive adjustment and long time to stabilize. But the fuzzy-PID control is the good choice to control the link. The main content of the research are as the folloeings:PID controler control the object through there different parameter by the input.and fuzzy controler control the object through proficient experience.PID control and fuzzy control are combined. And building a Fuzzy PID controller which gratifid the control system I to be realized. The controlling strategy of the Fuzzy PID controller is determined by the working state of the system. It has nine states, and under each of them, the Fuzzy PID controller has a corresponding scale control. Therefore, there are nine different scale controls parameters. Scale control makes sure that it is easy to carry out in practice and to get the working state of the system. Also, getting a certain parameter separately, the Fuzzy PID controller makes the best out of capability of the whole system.At the same time ,using Simulink module of Matlab to simulate the system,to confirm the validity and the feasibility of the systemSome hardware circuits using SM89516 sigalchip had been designed as the heart.The hardware circuits contains temperature signals collecting circuits, temperature displaying circuits,joggle circuits etc, The temperature signals was transferred through A/D transfer and sent to the micro-controller-SM89516,Through the micro-controller and joggle circuits,the temperature was displayed on the LED and the signals controlled was realized.Designing the whole software frame of the system, Designing the flow chart,Designing the procedure to realize the function such as signals collecting, signals displaying, keyboard importing, data manipulation etc.This thesis pays attention to theories as well as to practice. By doing the research, I have gotten some comprehensive information and data. And most importantly, I have acquired precious experience on production. At the same time, this research ensures that I am theoretically and practically prepared to do similar research on temperature control of water coolant...
