With the development of technology and social economy, recently there is a great demand of the new kind of industrial pumps of sealless, no-leakage, non-contamination among the areas of petrochemical industries, food production industries, pharmacy industries, printing and dyeing industries and so on. Magnetic pumps so have attracted many researchers all over the world to study its work principle, to develop better product. Owing to its complex configuration, a problem with energy loss is very complicated and also the amount is larger. Study on the energy loss of magnetic pumps can not only help improve its technology, but also have far-reaching significance to save energy and set up economical society. Now a lot of theory researches on magnetic pumps have been achieved. Based on this actuality, a special research on its energy loss is proposed. The main work is outlined as following:1. Magnetic driven technology and the means to calculate its force and torque were discussed. Also detailed the magnetic driven with magnetism charged in radial direction which has the highest magnetic efficiency.2. Discussed the causes arised, influential factors and measures of controlling related to energy losses in detail and Cycle loop pressure loss based on the hollow-helix model was analyzed.3. A mathematical optimization model was educed based on the analysis of energy loss. And also found its optimized solution.4. Research on electromagnetism in the aspects of controlling equations, boundary conditions, finite equations, non-linearity problems and also principles of electromagnetism were made.5. Based on different hypotheses, two and three dimensions model were set up for numerical simulation with ANSYS software. Compared the eddy current appearance under different rotate speed, different resistance and different thickness with two dimensions model. With three dimensions, figured out eddy current power loss and torque, at last compared them with test results.
