Concrete crack has always been a focus of attention, but study on early crack isnot done enough, only when we grasp the regulation of early crack and carry outcorresponding measurement, quality of concrete building will be satisfying.thispaper analysis concrete early crack from three aspects: forming mechanism,engineering status and theory. it research early crack aiming at uneven shrinkage.There have been built a lot of models of early crack, as we all know, numericaltechnique can only analyze specific matters while average-field theory ofmesomechanics are not precise. methods both average-field theory and numericaltechnique were conducted in this paper.First, it build a theory module of early crack on the base of self-consistencytheory, forecast macro-properties,strain and stress of each phase can be get withself-consistency result as its outside force,it build judge criterion about early crackappearing on the basis of mean-field theory.the concrete was regarded as the composite of coarse aggregates andmortar, after calculating the main strain and stress with Ansys, comparing the resultwith the one which is calculated basing on concrete early judge criterion, it was surethat the judge criterion was accuracy enough to satisfied construction requirement.
