With the rapid development of nation power system, and the increasing requirements of consumer to power quality and reliability, voltage becomes one of the most important power quality indexes. Ensuring the voltage quality of consumer approach the normal value become a basic task of power system operation and control, voltage deviation too large not only has disadvantage impact to the consumer's normal work, but also increases the power loss, even endangers the system operation stability. So it has great meaning to use various voltage adjustment measure and reactive power compensation equipment to implement voltage/Var compositive controlling to improve electric energy quality and reduce the power loss.Now the primary voltage adjustment measure in substation of our country is On-Load transformer Tap Changer and parallel compensatory capacitor. Under the situation of widely using of computer to implement automatic controlling, various controlling strategy have appeared, apparently the reason that various controlling strategy appeared basing on one control objective consist in each control strategy has some deficiencies, even has involved in some principle misgivings, now the Nine-zone controlling equipment which has used widely appeared frequent operation and difficult to use. So it is necessary to analyze the control strategy thoroughly, based on which we can find out the theory reasonable and engineering practicality control method. Especially with the rapid increasing of generating capacity of our country, under the situation of power supply is abundant, the consumer will bring forward higher demand to the electric energy quality necessarily, and the voltage quality will become the primary competition factor of power market. So it is a technique problem which should resolve urgently, and it has great practicality meaning.In this thesis, basing on the research condition of voltage/Var controlling of our country, the following tasks are done:â‘ the research condition of voltage and reactive power control strategy in substation in and abroad are represented, and the problem of each strategy is analyzed.â‘¡the substation voltage/Var control characteristic is represented, and the principle of substation voltage/Var controlling is analyzed, the problem of Nine-zone voltage/Var control strategy is analyzed in theory.â‘¢the mathematical model of substation voltage/Var controlling is established, and the action characteristic is simulated, and the problem of Nine-zone control strategy and the factor which influence its action characteristic are found out.â‘£the improving method of substation voltage/Var controlling is put forward: take Chongqing Jiangjin power network for example, basing on the real-time acquisited voltage,current and power of substation as the input quantity, the real-time voltage/Var controlling mathematical model is established, the arithmetic is put forward, and the feasibility and validity are verified through simulation.
