| Power engineering plays a very important role in the current economic and social development.It is very important for the normal production and operation of most basic industries.The quality and effectiveness of the project affect the use feeling of the majority of power users,and determine the safety,economy and reliability of power grid operation to a certain extent.In all power projects,the power transmission and transformation project has its own safety standards,high technical process requirements,complex and miscellaneous construction steps and participating institutions,which makes the research on quality management of power transmission and transformation project of great significance for the process control of power transmission and transformation project.With the continuous promotion of the national "three supplies and one industry" project,XY power supply company,as the first batch of vanguard in the province to receive a large number of power transmission and transformation equipment,is bound to do a good job in related work.Taking the research on quality control of 35 k V ly substation reconstruction project of receiving Oilfield Company as an example,this paper analyzes the quality influencing factors in the implementation of project construction from the aspects of environment,personnel,technology,materials and equipment,and determines the research methods and technical route of application by discussing the current project overview and quality management factors;According to the principles of quality preparation,operation and control of the company,the four key points of quality preparation and control are summarized and put forward according to the quality preparation,operation and control process of the company;The quality control plan shall be formulated from the key aspects of design review,construction environment and personnel,construction technology and technology,materials and instruments,operation contents and methods,inspection and supervision;According to the contents of the plan and scheme,quality assurance measures are put forward in terms of organization,personnel,technology,materials,funds and on-site system to ensure the implementation of quality control.The four stage quality control mode proposed in this paper can not only provide reliable support for the improvement of quality management ability of 35 k V ly substation transformation,but also provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction and transformation management of power transmission and transformation projects of the company system and even the whole society. |
