Electric scooter is an ideal ride instead of walk tool for inconvenient active aged-elder,handicapped and housewives, which has stated consumer market as one branch of electric vehicle market in recent years.This thesis put forward a new design solution of wheelbase adjustable for new type electric scooter which contain the virtue of electric leisure car and electric wheelchair, based on the deeply research and analysis the advantage and defect of electric leisure car and electric wheelchair design home and aboard, finally finished the structure design and analysis of this solution through making good use of modern design theory and technology of analysis, the main task as the follow:â‘ Analyzed and researched the status of electric scooter home and aboard, especially, the advantage and defect of electric leisure car and electric wheelchair design home and aboard, put forward slide pipe wheelbase adjusted solution of the new type electric scooter.â‘¡Discussed and analyzed the technology of modern three-dimensional design and development, design and modeling the design solution of the new type electric scooter mentioned above using the design tool Pro/E, the whole vehicle geometric properties, physics characteristic & design parameter, working condition were Analysis and Verification ,meanwhile the key parts of the vehicle were chosen and analyzedâ‘¢Static and dynamic strength, Stiffness and natural frequency, Vibration analysis and calculation of overall structure for the above electric scooter were analyzed and calculated based on ANSYS FEM analysis technologyâ‘£Based on the foundation of the analysis and design above, a sliding-tube adjustable wheelbase new type electric scooter was manufactured, and the feasibility of deign solution was validated by carrying through the Check with the relevant evaluation.The study and analysis mentioned above made the foundation for the new type electric scooter design and development, and gain certain effect at the same time achieved the expected target.
