| Supported by company, this programme analyzed the structure and performance of the unlisted product according to the rgulations on the electric scooter. First, we compare the experiental results and the analyses of the finite element on the bases of experiental analyses of aluminium pipe glued joint to determine the method of modeling and modeling a electric scooter framework;Second, make a Cellular Tire tyre finite element model according to the tyre model; then design the hull model of the electric scooter, make the finite element models of the other parts, such as the hull, the framework etc.; at last, modulate the sitting position of the crash test dummy, put it into the testing electric scooter making them a driver-vehicle system.Conclusion,analyse the weakness of the model and modified them to meet the strength requirement; change the materials to find out an ideal material model to meet the demand of rigidity and strength; assemble all the parts preliminary modeling the whole electric scooter; analyse the response and the driver injury in the crash between the car and electric scooter. This article provides the analyse model and revent technical parameters for the electric scooter development and asisst to direct the following practice. |
