Study On Establishment And Application Of Chongqing's Engineering Cost Information And Index System

The thesis conducts to the study and discussion of the construction cost and the index system platform to be established in the city of Chongqing. On a basis of relatively complete collection and study of domestic construction cost information, this thesis has finished some frame work i.e. has given out the main parts concerning how to build the construction cost and index system platform, which will provide a theoretical support to the setup of the kind of system platform with improved function, strong adaptability and compatibility in Chongqing, so as to satisfy the management of construction cost information and its application, etc.The thesis mainly studies and discusses the following five parts.①Frame design and study of the system platformTarget of this part is to analyze the merits and demerits of the domestic relatively advanced cost infonet as well as study the requirements of the system platform from different users (namely analysis and study on the functional requirements). Firstly, according to different functions and attributes, divide the system platform into eight modules, namely input of data information, issuance of cost index, estimation of construction cost, technical and economic analysis, evaluation support system, etc.; secondly, according to the functions and their relations, set up submodules until the users'final requirements are satisfied; finally, analyze the functions and implementation methods of different modules so as to improve the functional design of the system platform.②Cost info-acquisition standard and the study of standardization workThe standardization work should be market economy oriented, so as to establish scientific, reasonable and high-efficient standard making system, to work out concise and applicable standard making program,to set up feasible and leading academic forum and educational training system after the standard is enacted. Making of the information acquisition standard of the construction project cost should follow the principles of scientificalness, applicability and proper redundancy. In a word, making of the information acquisition standard should attach importance to both the development of the standard and the difficulties of its system change. According to the above principles and requirements, Construction Cost Info-Acquisition Standard of Chongqing City is worked out in the thesis. ③Study on the construction cost index estimation modelIn this part of the thesis, index formation model of the system platform is determined; through analysis of the characteristics of various indexes and the study of existing index estimation model, various index estimation models of the system platform is established, meanwhile, relative analysis and study on the models and parameters is also carried out.④Study on the construction cost estimationThrough the study of the basic principle and application scope of the existing cost estimation methods, estimation contents and methods of construction cost of the system platform is determined, applicability of the existing estimation models is improved, and the frame of the system platform of the cost estimation module is established as well.⑤Technical and economic analysis and studyBased on the basic principle of the technical and economic analysis system, requirements on technical and economic functions of each user group of the system platform are analyzed, main contents of the target module are determined, and corresponding parameters are preset, all of which have provided basis for the establishment of the technical and economic analysis modules of the system platform.
