The performance of general reducers have not satisfied the development needs of modern industry in some situation, researching the new type and high performance parts is the important subject of mechanical transmission. With the superiority of scope of application, ratio coverage, running condition, involute planetary gear transmission with small tooth number difference are attended widely and became an important research orientation of mechanical transmission. This dissertation research a small, compact construction planetary gear with small tooth number difference based on the development and evolution of the harmonic reducer, this reducer has many advantages, such as large transmission ratio, small volume, light weight,great power density.The provenance of this dissertation is the subject of Defence Science And Project Board,the filter reducer is a new type of reducer used in special situation, The content of this dissertation is to supply numerical and theoretical support for the design and improvement of filter reducer through analyzing of the mechanism movement parameter, the strength, the stiffness and the dynamic characteristic.Primary study content of this dissertation is described as following.(1) After constructing the solid mode of all parts in software of I-DEAS, mechanism assembly model are formatted through assembling all parts and the assembly animation are generated.(2) Mechanism simulation of movement and dynamical behavior are carried out based on assembly mode and curve of correspondence are gained, at the same time, the course animation files of mechanism movement are generated.(3) The stress, strain and displacement of the reducer are calculated through multi-body contact static finite element analysis of the whole structure in software of I-DEAS.(4) The mode analysis of the reducer is carried out and the dynamic response of the reducer is analyzed in software of I-DEAS, then the vibration mode, natural frequency and vibration displacement and speed, acceleration under given excitation are attained.(5) The structure noise of the reducer is calculated according to the vibration displacement, speed and acceleration.
