Compared with the conventional gear reducer, the involute planetary gear reducerwith small teeth difference yields several advantages, such as high reduction ratio incompact space, small in volume, light in weight, larger load capacity, high efficiency, which has been widely used in many industrial fields as the dynamic transmissiondevice. This research is supported by National Science and Technology SupportingProgram(NO:50705100). This thesis is mainly to investigate the transmission precisionsimulation of the involute planetary gear reducer with small teeth difference based onmass-spring equivalent model, which is extremely meaningful for improving thetransmission precision and control error. The main works are as follows:⑴The dynamic transmission error model is established to analyze the involuteplanetary gear reducer with small teeth difference and floating Plate, which includescomprehensive consideration of the effect of the factors such as manufacturing errors, assembly errors, meshing stiffness of gears and bearings stiffness on crank shaft, planetary gear, floating Plate, the output disc on transmission accuracy.⑵The Matlab program with Newmark method has been put forward based onestablished dynamical transmission error model; the transmission errors under differenterror parameters have also been calculated.⑶Through the simulation calculation, the main influence factors of thetransmission precision could be found out, which includes: the eccentricity error and theradius error of the output disc pin, the planet gear bearing hole eccentric error, theplanetary gear base circle eccentricity error, the planetary gear tooth profile error, etc.The transmission precision can be improved through controlling the above main errorsfactors.
