The paper applys itself to exploration and research on optimazational layout of isolators.It is formed effective method and thought which is validated and applicatied by two practical items. Each of two cases has his strong point.Adjustment of the isolator layout through trial calculation needs experienced engineer and long computing time. It is listed key function and constraint condition about optimazational layout of isolators, and explanated major modified method of key function. The new optimizing method combined finite element software and self program, which can reduce bliness of trial calculation and increase availability of isolated structure design.The method applied in two practical projects successfully, which is not only a process of profound research but also a process of certification.The fiest case is an large building group of isolated structures.Basements of 4 bulidings are connected and applied shock isolation system which is installed between soleplate of ground floor and upper plate of basement. It is used nonlinear finite element analysis software SAP2000 to establish structural dynamical model with all isolator elements. And then it is finished modal analysis, one-way earthquake response analysis, two-way earthquake response analysis, random-angle earthquake response analysis. At last it is researched on optimazational layout of isolators and improved some effective suggestion.The second case is an isolation resident building of plate column-shear wall system, which is a research on creat structural system. Comparing to content of the first case, it is increased some new items, such as seismic isolation design, wind resisting check computations, tensile check computations and so on.Achievements of this article provid practical experiences and reference for analysis and design of isolated structures, and provid basis and cases for Code further revision.
