The combination network in body with CAN/LIN is a kind of low-cost bus network. It be used as merchandise has been developed by DFL in conjunction Hirain Technologies. According to the demand, this paper indited of the automobile product of DFM commercialize,in the principia of low cost, the function maximize, intelligentize and credibility. We want to solve some tradition problem about electric appliance, for example, the wiring been assemble with bad craft or hard to maintain and so on. We choice DongFeng TianLong as object to design and research the body's network domestic and international.At first, this paper analyzes the development background and characteristicses of technique about the CAN bus and LIN bus,then elaborate the apply on CAN/ LIN of body 's network in domestic and international truck,explains the design background of this item. The last part of the first chapter established the content of the study.This paper carried the detailed analysis on the difference of cost about some kinds of network with the target of commercial. We finally choosed the way of combination network with CAN/LIN. At the same time we established the function request of the network investigating many customers. These topology structure can all satisfy the function request. We analyzed their merits and shortcomings, combine with the characteristics of the truck we give bodywork 's network topology structure. According to this topology structure, we try hard for Make wiring harness optimization and simplify parts of electric appliances, and detailed define the function of every module.According to the need for the data transter in this body 's network this paper designed the application layer protocols of the body's network on the foundation of thorough analytical about CAN bus application layer protocols SAEJ1939 and LIN communication protocols.On the third chapter there are simpleness presentation about the design of soft and hardware in the node controller. The design emphasize considers to the development of the function about examine and processing malfunction, give the method to realize, so improve the credibility of the system and cause repair convenient.This paper introduce the test about the CAN/ LIN network controls system of electricity on the whole truck at last. According to the special place which truck could in we elaborate record a series assembly test to this system.we also introduce the parts work parameter test and road test detailed. Through the test we proved the accuracy of the system design, thus we summarized a set of effective ways about test .
