The conventional PMSM when runs at high speed has characteristic of high iron-core loss,it causes lower efficiency.In another hand,the motor is affected by its air-gap magnetic field,the result is that it has low power density and it cannot be used in the area of high power density micro-motor.In this thesis,a motor of novel permanent magnetics structure rotor named Halbach-PMSM is analysed,which has the characteristics of high power density,low iron loss and high efficiency.According to the problems of voltage source converter at speed control system,Z-Source converter is introduced to the system.The paper explains the principle of Z-Source exactly.Through the simulation and testing,the theoretic analysis has been verified.Deeply study the theory of vector control on PMSM and build the mathematical model of PMSM.Based on the model,the method of PMSM vector control speed adjustment has been worked out and optimized control scheme of the system.The arithmetic for advanced SVPWM theoretics is discussed in detail.Finally,the principle and practical methods for controlling system about software and hardware structure are illuminated & discussed.Each part of the control circuit,including the choosing of digital signal processor (DSP) and the design and debugging of the peripheral circuits are thoroughly discussed.The software is also programmed and debugged by assemble language under the environment of CCS .The speed adjustment and loading tests are done to confirm the correctness of the system design on the experiment platform.
