Research On Emotional Interactive Design Based On User-Centered

In this study, the focus is on emotional interactive design based on user-centered, and applies the theory and approach to lamp design.Due to the advancement of society and times, the lamps continuously change in order to adapt to the changes of environment and humanity. Nowadays, people not only demand products in the appearance and functions, but also hope to products added with emotion and interaction. For lamps, people are no longer satisfied with the light and warmth of traditional lamps. They hope that lamps can fit to the lifestyle of the city family, make the magic lampshade and gain the greatest degree of emotional comfort.Although these emotions are essential, they are troublesome for designers because it is difficult to get a grip on this so-called emotional fit. Little is know about how people emotionally respond to products, what aspects of product design elicit an emotional reaction and what kinds of emotion may be elicited by different people when they used the same things. These factors are all uncertain. So, how to find users'emotion and their real needs? In what way could solve this unstable factors?In our view, it must require an integrated approach. First, this study combines the two fields of emotional and interactive design to propose a new integrated topic—emotional interactive design, and researches the conception, the principle. Second, this study digs out target users'need, researches their behavior, finds out the shortcuts and the problems of traditional lamps, and combines the principles and methods of emotional interactive design to solve the emotional relationship of people and lights. Finally, the results are applied to the actual lamp design (LED lamp design).
