After entering information society in the 21 st century, people begin to contact various information from all over the world via the Internet.Especially in the recent ten years, information technology was developing rapidly as the speed of light, and since entered the We-media era, with the popularity of electronic products, people began to come into contact with more diversified, personal and fragmented information data, and significant changes were happening in people’s visual experience——from plane to solid, from one-way information to interact, experiential information, from two-dimension to three-dimension, four-dimension......It made design industry especially graphic design,UI design etc flourish, and user-centered interactive information visualization design was born in such a design wave.On the one hand, interactive information visualization design pass information and feelings to the users, on the other hand, also provide us with more space of independent thinking. This is a novel and highly aesthetic communication medium. This paper will take the users as the basic starting point. On the premise of information transfer rules, via the most basic visual language to express the information data in text, graphics, color, layout structure, emotion transfer, etc,And make it pass information effectively. Interactive information visualization that we discussed in this article is not just “look at the picture and talk” by simple information chart, it produces the graphical framework that accrods with the sensory and emotional experience by parsing the original information. And form a link with affinity between the users and information, not only the users have a sense of comfort and pleasure, but also lighten cognitive load.It can guide the users to obtain valuable information content, and finally to lead to effective dissemination of information.
