With the rapid development of Internet technology, the world has entered the era of Web2.0, and network interface design is also facing with new and higher user requirements. It has become the development trend and the inevitable topic of the network interface design that user-centered, meet the perfect user experience, available for users and ease of use.After analyzing the characteristics of the network interface and the purpose of design, the paper points out the two design level of network interface so that make user's experience satisfactory accord with the product function; network interface usability design is based on the theories such as human-computer interaction theory, semiotic theory, cognitive psychology, Color and usability engineering, and so on. The paper focuses on the network interface usability design, the design process and evaluation methods. Based on analysis of the user, the content, features and methods of the network interface usability design are given by the guidance of the interface usability design principles and design concepts of Web2.0. Then a network interface usability design procedures and evaluation method are established, including evaluation target, the evaluation model and analytical methods. The evaluation method of network interface usability design is explained by examples. Finally, take the network interface design targeted at the elderly for example, network interface usability design procedures and evaluation methods are used for typical case analysis. The method and the feasibility steps of user-centered Web interface usability design are verified through design practice. The paper offers an effective way for network interface usability design.
