There are three key technologies in the manufacture field of the film capacitor of high voltage: the winding of thin film and the aluminum foil,vacuum process of impregnation and vacuum degassing of the capacitor oil. In this paper I will do some researches in the capacitors of high voltage and make progress in the process, together with some companies of capacitor manufactures. Then I knew that to a well-worked process it must be adapt to the capacity of the equipments of vacuum impregnation. That is to say, a process is made according to the vacuum equipments of impregnation, and convenient to workers doings. Of course it should be made in the good performances.Then I knew much about the vacuum process of impregnation of the film capacitors of high voltage. And after the Germany vacuum equipments of impregnation (such as Hedrich) were saw and analyzed, the vacuum equipment of new style in China is designed and manufactured. In theory the speed of heating and the uniformity of heating are calculated. Before the vacuum equipment was manufactured ,I calculated the most flow rate of the boosters which is determined by the diameter and length of pipes. And I also calculated the flow rate of the connected pipe of capacitors. All these are applied in the equipment which is running. At last, some questions are solved and some new problems are raised.Make a brief introduce of Molecular Booster pump (MBP). The possibility that the MBP units are taking place of the three-stage boosters units is discussed and I mainly calculated the saved power after the MBP units are taking place of the three-stage boosters units.
