With the development of Chinese society&economy,the improvement of the peasants&herdsmen's live and the popularity of domestic electric applience, the alternating current power supply is being desiderated much more. In conditional region ,it's feasible that wind and solar energy be used to generate electric energy. For this reason,it's necessary to develop low-costs, high-efficiency, good-performance and high-reliability Wind/Photovoltaic complemental inverter. It will be marketable unquestionably.The traditional inverter's output come from power frequency transformer commonly. Although the thchnology is very reliable, but it still has some shortcoming. For example, the volume and weight of the system is huge, the power density is low, it is difficult to carry. And it's price is high with the rise of price of copper.In accordance with the shortcoming of traditional inverter, the article adopt high frequency inverter technology. With DC/DC converter replace power frequency; the main circuit of inverter is FBI topology; use the high-performance MCU as control center, the main job of this article is followed:1. design a kind of control circuit with the function of voltage constant and current limited. The control of the charge and discharge of photovoltaic and fan generator is designed in one controller. The maintain of system is more simple.2. Use the paralleled MOSFET to driver the push-pull circuit as the DC/DC based on the compare with full bridge, half bridge and push-pull topology. All kinds of protection are realized.3. Use high performance MCU as the control center, which is developed by Motorola, design the circuit outside of inverter system and relative sofeware.4. The voltage and frequency precision is 220V±4%,50Hz±0.2% under the control tactic with feedforward and feedback. The dynamic of the system is satisfiting.5. The prototype possess all kinds of protection, and all kinds of malfunction can be displayed.
