With the development of the world economy, energy resource becomes a vital problem related to human being's existence and development. It is urgently needed to take measures to extend the usage of renewable energy and develop associated technology.In conditional region , it's feasible that wind and solar energy be used to generate electric energy. For this reason, it's necessary to develop low-costs, high-efficiency, good-performance and high-reliability wind/photovoltaic hyhrid inverter. It will be marketable unquestionably.The traditional inverter's output come from power frequency transformer co- mmonly. Although the thchnology is very reliable, but it still has some shortcoming. For example, the volume of the system is large and the weight is huge, the power density is low, it is difficult to carry.High frequency inverter technology is adopted in the design. With DC/DC converter replacing power frequency, the main circuit of inverter is single-phase half-bridge topology,which uses the high-performance MCU as control center, the main aspects of this paper are as follows:1.A kind of control circuit is designed with the function of voltage constant and current limited. The control of the charge and discharge of photovoltaic and fan generator is designed in one controller. The maintain of system is more simple.2.By using the paralleled MOSFET to driver the push-pull circuit as the DC/DC based on the compare with full bridge, half bridge and push-pull topology. All kinds of protection are realized.3.As the control center, the high performance MCU which is developed by Microchip, design the circuit outside of inverter system and relative software.4.The voltage and frequency precision is 220V±5%,50Hz±0.5% under the control tactic with feedforward and feedback. The dynamic of the system is satisfying.5.The prototype possess all kinds of protection, and all kinds of malfunction can be displayed.
