| With the rapid development of economy, the shortage of natural resources and energy as well as environmental pollution became serious problems everybody should confront with. The process of production consumes a lot of resources and energy, so,if we don't recycle them in a correct way, it will be a great waste of resources. What's worse , it will be a big challenge to environment. Design for recyclability is one of the most important parts of Green Design, which takes account of the recycling while the product still at its designing stage to improve the efficiency of recycling and reduce pollution. Because of this advantage, people start to pay more and more attention to it at present.Like living things , products also need to experience the process of evolution. This thesis studies the rules of the products' evolution and summarizes the characteristics of the products and recycling elements' evolution and put forward the concept of evolving element. The author thinks the levels of recycling and design for recyclability were affected by the evolution of recycling elements. After analyzing the recycling condition of recycling elements, the author believes if we want to get more benefit from recycling, we should take the designing rules as the basis, and thoroughly analyze the effect of evolution on recycling, of course ,we should control the degree of evolution as well.Based on Evolutionary Algorithms, the thesis comes up with a new recycling method design for recyclability based on the evolution of recycling element, at the end of the thesis , the author uses the covers of cellphones as illustrations of this method . |
