automatic transmission,In 2005,the China automobile industry association and the Chinese gear association has completed "the research of transmission technological development" together,And achieved the development opinion:Give priority to development of AMT(Automatic Mechanical Transmission)The experts in this field generally believe that AMT is most suitable to the condition of our country at present.The Automatic Mechanical Transmission (AMT) is the traditional fixed shaft-type Mechanical Transmission (MT) installed Auto Shift Control System (ASCS),Uses the transmission control unit (TCU) to control the implementing agency,sends out the request to shifts gears according to the pilot,substitutes the person's movement to complete shifts gears,it can effectively reduce the difference and the weary labor intensity to operate technical of the pilot,enhances the driving security,enhances the power and the efficiency of the automobile.Compared with other Automatic transmission systems,it has some advantages,e.g. high efficiency to transmission,low cost to production,mature process to technical and easy to make.But coordination control of the clutch and the engine in the process of shifts gears is always a restriction to domestic product.Along with the engine control technology and the unceasing development of the automatic transmission technology,the continuous enhancement of the ECU controlling function,as well as the development of the related control theory,the engine control and the automatic control of transmission will be a whole body of dynamic system control.It has inevitably become one kind of development tendency.Depending upon the rapid development of the micro-electronics technology and the control theory , both can achieve the best match and conformity.Through the accurate control of the engine and the transmission,transmission shifting can be performed without clutch operating.And it will be the development tendency of AMT in the future.In October,2006,"the development project of AMT in heavy commercial vehicle "was bought into the significant project of"the automobile development advanced technology",which is in the modern transportation area of 863 plans,Jilin University,Chongqing University,the Shan xi FAST company,the Shanxi heavy automobile limited company,as one of its research and development teams,has decided that research and development direction of the project is AMT without clutch operating.This article has done the preliminary exploration for it,this paper main research contents are:1.through collecting and studying the domestic and foreign materials,this paper introduces the history and the direction of automatic transmission developmen , compared with extant three kinds of automatic transmissions;Introduces the development history and the domestic development situation of AMT;Introduces the essential technology in the AMT:the clutch and the engine coordination control,the pilot purport to manifest,the shifting gears rule,the electronic control system,the implementing agency and so on.2.Base on the traditional AMT,this paper proposes the non-clutch operating AMT system,elaborates the structure and the principle of this AMT system,and analyzes the merit of non-clutch operating:cancels the clutch separation and the joint control,eliminates the shortcoming,the time of clutch slippery to rub in the shifting gears process is excessively long,and uses quick response electrical machinery achievement to shift gears.It greatly reduce the time to shift gears,make the entire vehicle power disconnecting time to be short,it is advantageous to enhance the dynamic of vehicles.Simultaneously,this paper also analyzes the difficulty of the AMT of non-clutch operating:the engine accuracy control.3.introduces three controlled variables characteristics:the throttle opening,the advance angle of ignition,the fuel injection quantity,according to the characteristic that the adjustment range of throttle opening is Large,but the lag time is long,the adjustment range of the advance angle of ignition,fuel injection quantity is small,but it responds quickly.choose the throttle opening as the coarse adjustment measure of engine control,choose the advance angle of ignition and the fuel injection quantity as delicate adjusting of engine control.analyzes the discharges of the engine influenced by the adjustment of the throttle opening,the advance angle of ignition,the fuel injection quantity.4.Analyzes the characteristic of the idle load engine,and the content of gantry experiment,introduces the idea of engine control in this paper: determines the characteristic of throttle-velocity in the idle load engine condition,and this corresponding relations preservation in ECU,when it is in the shifting process,according to the goal engine speed,to assign out the goal the throttle opening.5.analyzes the engine control request in the shifting process,the engine control divided into three stages: the control in Picking off,requests to unload the engine,in the rotational speed invariable situation,the engine output torque turn to be zero;the control in neutral,requests the engine speed to finely adjust,makes the deviation between the rotational speed and the goal rotational speed enter the permission scope of shifting;The restoration control of throttle,to restores power of the vehicles as soon as possible if riding comfort can accept.6.In order to decelerate the engine speed quickly in the shifting up process,this paper proposes the exhaust brake,the engine miss,the overshooting throttle,installing the brake;these methods to make the engine speed quickly drop.To feasibility analysis,proceed from the velocity modulation in accurate request,this paper choose the method that installs the brake in the gearbox,through the TCU control electrical machinery impetus brake separation and joint,realizes to the accuracy control.7.Analyzes the vehicles dynamic force in the throttle recovery process,and optimize the concussion and the shift time,both the concussion and shift time influence the shift quality. Establishes a vehicles concussion model,through the simulation method to analyze the relations between concussion and restoring time,concussion and gears phase,concussion and the rule of throttle recovery.And make a rule of throttle recovery through the manual modulation damper,get the smallest concussion.This paper discovers that throttle recovery should be slow after first quick. |
