This article through to has when the accident the building (in this article for classroom building) in the crowd disperses the question the analysis and the simulation, separately through simultaneously arrived the discrete model and the fluent continual model obtains had the practical significance conclusion. In the separate model, I established the common accident to disperse the model and the fire scattered model, harmful smog to personnel scattered influence consideration in model, and proposed the effective traversing harmful smog time concept, turned the building personnel's scattered judgment way from the former time judgment the time and the personnel health dual judgment way, this conformed to the actual need. In the fluent continual model, I am dispersed the personnel to regard as the current of water, through the software simulation, analyzes the data the relations as well as the structure belt power network structure drawing, the reference fire occurs when human's response, has carried on the analysis to this question. Finally I obtained to the actual situation had appraised that, I thought occurs when the contingency, this classroom building personnel scattered situation is not very ideal, needs in to conform to in the actual situation to perform to improve, and aimed at this actual situation to construct the superintendent to put forward the valuable proposal: For example the increase exportation, cleans up the channel, strengthens the student to rescue mutually helps oneself to educate and so on.
