Research On The Application Of The Crowd-funding Model In Village Planning

Since "the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China",The government have made a major deployment of Building beautiful China and speeding up the construction of new socialist countryside。This has ushered in a new historical development opportunities in rural areas.But at the same time,rural areas are also faced with the great challenge from the economic growth shift,structural adjustment and pre-policy digestion and transition.During this period,due to the difficulty of raising funds for the construction of the village,the villagers as a vulnerable group can not be effectively involved in the planning and construction of the village,or even become a hindrance.These problems led to the government’s willingness of development,planning company’s design understanding,villagers’ living demands disconnect.Many of the village construction planning eventually become empty talk.In this context,this paper is divided into five sections,which could be divided into three layers of basic research,problem resolution and system exploration in this article.First,elaborate the background,significance and goal of the research,and determine its research methods and framework.Secondly,comb the relevant basic theories and define the basic concepts of village planning,public participation,crowd-funding model.In the third chapter,the connotation of the crowd-funding model is defined by referring to the relevant theories.The content and structure of the crowd-funding plan are perfected by analyzing and analyzing the operation of the relevant related cases.The fourth chapter analysis of the current stage of the typical cases have been related.Through the describes and analyzes in detail the application of the "crowd-funding model." The last chapter,according to the actual operation of the summary,expand thinking.
