To realize the course of exchanging gases is its function, In order to assure that the cylinder can inbreathe fresh air and exhaust gas, It turns on or turn off valve in time according to the word order of cylinder. Its structure is appropriate or not will directly affect the engine's economic performance ,noise pollution, vibration and working reliability. Valve and cam's working condition is not only a direct scale of the valve train's state, but also a key factor to impact fatigue wear. Especially to high-speed and high-power engine, people require that the capability parameters must be higher. At the same time, It was required to work stabilizabilily and credibility under the scurviness conditions. So it enhances the difficulty to the valve train in the design and manufacture. Meanwhile people bring forword many new research task.In this paper, the author discussed the research of the high-speed engine's optimizing design in valve train. Taking the DA1 of the company Dongan Engine (Group) Co. Ltd for example, the paper analyses the reason that valve train appears valve ablation and cam wearing, Later, the study researches the valve train in structure, materials and technology, schemes and methods are gotten for increasing DA1 engine 's resistance.Apply AVL-TYCON analysis software; we build up the organization to imitate the true model of the DA1 to launch the engine valve train system. Carried on to go together with the valve train calculation. Analyzed the motive regulation of the cam and the valve .At the same time, carried on to go together with the dynamics calculation of the valve train system, the calculation result manifestation, former design method of valve train system have some problem. After optimizing design, we recount and demonstration by simulation software. To the new part of optimizing design, the result of the theoretical calculation and practice is in agreement after examination. Solve valve ablation and cam wearing failure of DA1 engine reliability test thoroughly ,and satisfy the requirement of market. |
