Energy conservation and control harmful emissions has become the dominant technology development direction of the internal combustion engine.The automobile enterprises and research institutes of the world have been put a lot of manpower and material resources to carry out the clean and highly efficient internal combustion engine research.Changing the opening phase,duration and lift of engine valve are the important method to improve engine performance,increase thermal efficiency and reduce harmful emissions.Traditional valve actuation system usually only guarantee in a condition optimize engine performance,its cam-type line in the factory that has been fixed,can't be regulated in the course of operations.So this valve actuation system has certain limitations.It makes it difficult to engine performance in various conditions are optimal,achievement of a camshaft-driven variable-valve-wide technical is imminent.Electromagnetic Valve Actuation's unique advantages attracted extra attention,and the agency can control flexibility the valve timing and lift,Achieve engine low fuel consumption,low emissions and high efficiency of the control objectives.In abroad,the structure design and control of driving for electromagnetic valve has done a lot of research,But since there are still many unresolved issues,the study is also under way,and achieve product need a period of time.In order to optimize the engine performance in any condition and any circumstances,this paper investigates lots of documents and reference design and development at home and abroad on the basis of experience,a exploratory research was put up of Electromagnetic Valve Actuation by us,and this study will establish a basis for the further research and development.Main works of this dissertation are as following:Firstly:See through the vast amount of information from the literature and research experience at home and abroad,the high-speed solenoid valve's various parts of Electromagnetic Valve Actuation have been designed,including:magnetic identification,Spring design,electromagnets(including static and dynamic core Core) design and testing of electromagnetic suction,special valve design,The electromagnetic coil design and the overall design of the casing.Secondly:The simulation of the high-speed powerful solenoid valve for Electromagnetic Valve Actuation was being done,through the simulation,the working's performance influencing factors of the solenoid valve was identified.Thirdly:The control system of Electromagnetic Valve Actuation was designed, including:Single-Chip Microcomputer selection,distribution of input and output,the design of Power-driven circuit,workflow procedures and communication interfaces.Fourthly:The model of Electromagnetic Valve Actuation was made out according to given experimental design requirements,and this model was test. Through the test,this model can accomplish the basic function of accelerate, decelerate,idle and stop.Fifthly:The question of solenoid coil's fever in running was explained,and the method of solution was put forward.Simultaneity,the new method of DSP train in Electromagnetic Valve Actuation was also put forward.
