With the promotion of the west development, the contradiction between the construction of human and the geological environment will be increasingly sharp-pointed, and all kinds of environmental geological problems will tend to more serious because of excessive demand of geological resources and unreasonable exploitation. As a result, it is very indispensable to carry out the evaluation of geological disaster of land for construction, think out a sustainable development countermeasure between the mankind construction and the geological environment.Daheba Hydro Power Station, located at Tongjiang county of Bazhong prefecture in Sichuan province, is one of the important hydraulic engineering.Daheba Hydro Power Station's controling the river valley area is large, influence is great, geology structure of the junction area is complex, various geology phenomenon develop. The rock physics mechanics property is bad, weathering and the soil erosion are mightiness. Its construction and retaining water process will produce a series of problem which will cause the change of environmental geology in junction area. This text analyzes the concept of the environment geology, settle the geology data by survey and the history data of junction area of Hydro Power Station. elaborate the basic geology characteristic of dam area especially junction area, analyze the problem of geology environment in junction area concluding protogenic geological environment and protogenic geological environment. analyze the Physical geology phenomenon such as collapse and mudflow. etc.. predict the probability evoked by earthquake in junction area. analyze the the stability of bank slope in construction process, the mine of construction material, the changes of the road, thereservoir area immigrate and constuct of the city and country etc. put forward the homologous suggestion measure, at last use grey clustering method to divise the cent of environment geology quantity in junction area. compute the grey level of each unit in junction area. The worse unit of the environment geology quantity mainly is placed in Tianba-landslide which is the important area of environment geology research, suggest to strength the survey this plat and adopt the proper processing measure, with which to assure the safety operation of Daheba Hydro Power Station.
