Wheel set is one of the most important rolling component in the vehicle. It affects the safety of railway transportation directly. Measuring full parameters of wheel set is a necessary step for protecting transportation safety. The current detecting methods could not meet the requirements of wheel maintenance. It is necessary to develop a more accurate and reliable automatic detecting method and system of wheel set parameters.Based on requirements in the wheel set measuring equipment, this paper combines raster sensor, CCD sensor, laser sensor, and advanced control and design technology; implements the designs including the organization of control, mechanism and gas in a automatic wheel status measuring system .The equipment can not only measure the dimension of wheel, but also can checkout the wheel face.First of all, the thesis achieved the design and simulation about asynchronous machine's fully digitally space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)control system with TMS320LF2407 single-chip as controller and IGBT as main power devices, it designed the software program and hardware circuit. Using the motor model of vector invert in CCS and the system composed of these models. It realized the simulation, The hardware structure based on DSP is introduced, the software design flow is given in detail, the experiment result is analyzed.Secondly, based on the model of a three-phase hybrid stepping motor. It is illustrated that sine wave subdivided driving can make stepping angle and torque equal, This paper proposes a new method to obtain any wanted stepping angle with adjustable and even subdivision.Then, the line structure light theory and optoelectronic image detecting method were used to measured accuratelyWith the digital image processor TMS320C6713, it purposed a new method to obtain the data of the wheel face.Finally, this paper analyzed the solution to transmit high speed data to upper computer and gave some basic scheme.
