At the present time, the superstructure's construction of bridge can be classifided into two groups:the supported frame method and the unsupported frame method. The full framing scaffolding and portal-type support is usually adopted in the construction of supporting method. The unsupported frame construction consisting of erection by cableway, cantilever concreting, prefabricated construction, incremental launching method and rotation construction. The stepping formwork equipment construction is a novelty in today's construction techniques. In Comparison with other construction method, this construction method has the advantage of no needing foundation treatment, requesting smaller bridge clearance and areas and so on. In this thesis, the stepping formwork equipment construction was emphatically introduced taking the third bridge of Nanjing Yangtze River construction as the background, the main points are:(1) In view of problem in construction, we cooperated with the Zhengzhou Dafang Bridge Machinery Company. Ltd and completed the bridge-building machine's shaping and design and adoped the whole poured method to carry on construction continual box beam. After the examination, each target achieved the design request, has obtained many technological breakthroughs and the success experience.(2) In this construction process, successively completed the machine design examination, the main body steel structure processing, the component transportation, scene installment and assembling, molded bugging, the loading pre-compression experiment, depositing concrete of box beam, moving the mold to put up crossing the stage. Finally has formed a set of exhaustive stepping formwork equipment construction technical process.(3) In the mold assembling process, unceasingly improved and optimized the mold assembling flow, finally accomplished the multi-channel working procedure, and reduced each box beam's construction time, thus reduced this whole construction time.(4) In this paper, the technical merit and the economic efficiency which the stepping formwork equipment brings was elaborated. Using the method of stepping formwork equipment construction, the difficulty of the weak subgrade and the aerial work was overcomed, the supported fram construction in the extreme soft area and tidelands ground was avoided, thus reduced the expense of reinforcement foundation, simultaneously the bridge superstructure's quality in construction because of the non-uniformity foundation settlement where the supported frame is was avoided.In brief, this construction craft has manifested the magnanimous attitude, the high-tech content and the economic efficiency prominent superiority in the bridge construction. In this paper the construction technical process was summarized which has the instruction significance to reality and has the precious reference to the similar construction craft.
