The bridge fabrication machine is a kind of mechanical equipment which is erected on the pier or the upper surface of the concrete bridge and is used to pour concrete box girder in construction site.It is widely used in the construction of large continuous beams such as high-speed rail and intercity railway.It is mainly made up of main girder,guide beam,hanging outer ribs,front and rear legs and front and rear auxiliary legs.The design rationality of the whole metal structure will directly affect the safety and stability of the construction process.In this paper,1050 t bridge fabrication machine is regarded as the research object.The main research contents are as follows: The finite element model of bridge machine is established by ANSYS software.According to the specific working conditions,apply loads and constraints and then solve the finite element model.Under the condition of the wind loads at level 10,do the static analysis of the whole structure of the 1050 t bridge fabrication machine respectively with no-loads and full loads.Then obtain the stress and displacement of the main structure and determine whether the force and the deformation meet the design requirements.Under the conditions of no wind loads and the wind loads at level 6,do the static analysis of the whole structure of the 1050 t bridge fabrication machine under the working conditions of moving,and check the safety and stability of the whole structure.Through the establishment of the finite element model of the whole metal structure of the bridge fabrication machine,the finite element analysis of the corresponding working conditions is carried out to verify the rationality and accuracy of the design of the 1050 t bridge fabrication machine.
