The Anti Heeling System enables continuous loading or unloading for container vessel, RoRo carr, naval ship and similar ships in much reduced time. The heeling compensation is automatically achieved by continual measu-rement of the heeling angle.So it enhance the efficiency of loading.On the sail with the change of the cargo or the damage of tanks the ship will be slanted and it will influence the normal sail and security.The anti heeling tank can adjust the ship to floating upright.So the system have important significance.The main body of the thesis has list as follow:1,The non-uniform rational B-spline(NURBS) arithmetic add the hull cross section's offsets.It can enhance the calculate precision for the next chapter.2,Research for the arrangement of the ballast tank,and have some analysis for adjustable capability.3,Get a designing for the anti heeling system of the tank water,including the choice of equipments and the arrangemeng of pipeline.4,Do some research for the optimum arithmetic of the damage stability which is compared with the tradition arithmetic,and design the adjustable version for the system with several complexion of damage.
