Fluid sloshing is widespread in aviation,aerospace,shipping and other industries.This kind of phenomenon not only has the enormous influence on the normal operation of equipment,but also the structure of the device is damaged by sustained load.These effects can lead to personal safety,economic loss,waste of resources,etc.The companies involved are concerned about fluid sloshing and committed to finding a solution.Theoretical models and experiments are used early to explore such problem,computational fluid dynamics emerges as interdisciplinarity cross between mathematics,fluid mechanics and computer science with the development of computer technology.The numerical simulation and experimental method are used to study the problem of fluid sloshing in this thesis.For many computational fluid dynamics methods,the following methods are used and their accuracy verified.The Navier-Stokes equations are used to describe the principle of incompressible fluid flow,finite volume method(FVM)discretes motion control equations,volume of fluid(VOF)method tracks two-phase free-surface and steady-state SIMPLE algorithm is used to solve differential equations.According to the model of aircraft wing tank,the experiment of the simply similar tank model under shaking excitation was designed.The numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental results by comparing the free surface wave image and the impact load at the acquisition point.However,as to wave that breaked and rolled and other strong non-linear phenomenon,the experimental result is more intense than the value.So as to lay the foundation for further numerical simulation of fluid sloshing under real conditions.Based on data of the wing tank model and real working load provided by Chengdu Aircraft Design & Research Institute,the fuel sloshing in the fuel tank is analyzed.Using simulation software,the effects of ribs,different filling ratios and fuel parameters on the sloshing process were studied.The center of gravity of the wing fuel,the impact load of the tank wall and the floor,and the free surface of sloshing are obtained.Aiming at the fatigue damage caused by fuel sloshing to the tank structure,a scheme to reduce the amplitude of the sloshing is proposed and analyzed.The effect of many blocking measures is studied and it is found that the damper is the most popular and effective method.In this thesis,several kinds of retarding baffles with different solid rates are designed to study the effect of restraining sloshing,and the effects of filling depth and loading frequency on the anti-shake effect are analyzed.
