With the rapid development and the globalization of the world economy, the increase of international trade and the enhancement of the concept of environmental protection, more and more new ships will be built and the renewal of old ships will be accelerated, which will cause the increasing of the amount of shipbuilding and the whole world shipbuilding industry will develop greatly in the 21st century. Many organizations and enterprises such as ship agencies, shipyards, dockyards, owners of vessels, research institutes of ship design, classification society, raw material suppliers, ship equipment manufactures and the financing parties participate in the design and manufacture of ship products. The communication of different places and exchange of data in the whole life cycle of ship products are frequent and extensive. The collaborative research and developing and management can be improved with the adopting of the technology of collaborative design. And with this technology, many errors can be cut down; the resource can be shared; the product manufactural cycle can be shortened; the design reuse rate of enterprise can be raised and innovation will be a governable resource. Therefore, the study on the technologies of ship web design and manufacture are especially urgent.Firstly, based on the current study situation, methods and theories at home and abroad, this thesis analyzes some important administrative elements and the characteristics of the design process of ship products. And taking task as the core, this thesis describes the fundamental information about the design task of ship drawing sheet, determines the attribute, behavior of the design task of ship drawing sheet, the state of the task and the relation of transfer. Secondly, aiming at the deficiency of effective divisory means of task decomposition, the ship design process model is built through the analysis of the order and coupling of a task. Thirdly, aiming at the problems of the single means of resource administration and the low efficiency in the process of design, this thesis studies the basic pattern and method of resource administration in the condition of collaborative design and Role Based Hybrid-Authorization Acess Control (RBHAAC) Model is built. Finally, according to the design process requirement of ship drawing sheet in the condition of collaborative design, the task administrative system based on workflow is developed and some functions in this system are realized.
