As the enterprise informatization becomes more popular, workflow technology isgradually applied to the field of ship design. Traditional workflow can realize the purpose ofthe ship design process executing depending on the definition, but there exist some problemssuch as too many design links, design feedback not in time and too complex task process inactual design process, which requires that the ship design has the ability of dynamicadjustment in the design process. In the design process the design content can be modifiedaccording to the requirements from the owner or shipyard in a timely manner withoutaffecting the design process. Workflow technology includes workflow modeling andworkflow execution, and the way of workflow definition has been unable to solve thedynamic problem of the design process traditionally. Firstly,based on the analysis of the shipdesign process, the dynamic characteristics of ship design requirements respectively from theprocess model, resource model, organization model and role model are analyzed and thehierarchical model supporting workflow dynamic adjustment are put forward. Secondly, theflexible workflow dynamic adjustment strategy are designed to implement the dynamicadjustment of the design process. Finally, a dynamic workflow management system prototypeis designed in the field of ship collaborative design. The concrete chapters are as follows:(1) Chapter one is the overall introduction including the selected topic significance, therelated research status, as well as the thesis structure.(2) Chapter two introduces the relevant knowledge of the workflow and ship design,especially the process of ship design and design organizational relationship are analyzed indetail, as well as the collaborative relationship and the dynamic design process. On the basisof which, the model of ship design workflow based on Petri net is established. Afterexpounding the present situation of workflow in the field of ship design, the dynamicworkflow technology is proposed.(3)Chapter three mainly introduces the related content of the workflow model andworkflow Access Control. After analyzing the dynamic characteristics of ship designrequirements, the hierarchical model supporting workflow dynamic adjustment are putforward. Meanwhile, the paper puts forward the improved RBAC model based on thetraditional RBAC model, which solves the problem of direct authorization in ship design.(4)Chapter four combines the ship collaborative design process, elaborating the actualexecution in the process of dynamic change of workflow instance and the change strategy.The paper proves the workflow model with circular logic, laying the foundation of system implementation.(5)Chapter five introduces the developing technology of system and the operatingfunction, especially makes a detailed introduction of the function about the workflowdynamic adjustment.(6)Chapter six is the summary of the paper, a brief introduction to the main contributionand the further research content.
