Environmental Conservation Clearing Silt (ECCS) is the combination of dredging engineering and environment conservation engineering. Multi-cure can achieve the aim of clearing silt, and realize the rebuilding of zoology. The machine of ECCS is the key harware condition to implement the ECCS project. It has two kinds, one is to match with dredger and the other is specially developed machine which can work by itself. It is called environmental conservation cutter matching with cutter suction dredger.In this paper, the clearing silt cutter of environmental conversion for cutter suction dredger is designed and simulated with actual engineering project as background.From the actual problem, the structure dimention and dynamic parameters of the environment conversion cutter are investigated and confirmed. The intensity check is done on the transmission shaft of the cutter. Based on this, the experiment model is got according to similarity theory. By the full similarity theory of fluid dynamics, the state of the simulation experiment is analyzed with full similarity to obtain the full similarity criterion number of the experiment state and actul state. Then the similarity condition of the simulating experiment and model experiment parameters are gotten by simplifying.According to the two factors experiment method, the experiment theory, factor level, experiment index and experiment project of the ECCS cutter are made, then the experiment is completed.The experiment results are analyzed from variance analyze, linear regression analyze and regression eqation based on the experiment data. At last, the estimate report of the actual cutter is given.
