The micro-turbine power generating sets are composed of turbine, compressor, combustion chamber, regenerator, bearings, high speed generator, power conversion system and oil injection system, etc. It is a kind of electric power generation device of environmental protection. It can be used in many fields, such as normal electrical source or emergency electrical power, the distributed power generation and cogeneration of cooling or heating and power and hybrid power units for automobiles and cogeneration of fuel cell-gas turbine, etc. So the study on this type of power sets is of major practical significance.On the basis of analyzing the development status of the micro-turbine power generating sets and control technology, The unit control system ought to be able to guarantee the unit safe stable movement, guaranteed the unit in any situation, does not have ultra warm, the ultra extension phenomenon. Simultaneously should consider the unit from the ignition, the acceleration, until in the fixed movement process, enables the unit to be full preheating, reduces to unit's thermal shock, and enhances the unit life. The unit rotor rotational speed after achieved 95% rated speed invests according to the rated speed control closed-loop control, guarantees generator output voltage and the power output unit steady work. When breaks down general (according to assigns tabulates) also for nobody duty condition, the unit control system should normal cutoff; When the unit breaks down general also for some person of duties, the unit control system should send out the acousto-optics to alarm. When the unit has the major failure the unit control system should send out the acousto-optics to alarm and emergency stop. Simultaneously also should consider when establishment unit debugging needs and other correspondences data connections. the design schemes about control system of the micro-turbine power generating sets are proposed according to the designed request.According to the designed scheme and the actual request of the project, The central control system of the power generating sets are composed of the S7-300PLC, the associated digital input and output module and the relevant analog input and output module. In this thesis, many PLC modules hardware circuits and the system power supplying circuits are designed. Then complete the starting control system of the power generating sets and the designing of the detecting alarm system. Design the stopping generator software. Due to adopting the LAD language, enrich the program with the readability. In this thesis, many associated questions are resolved as following: Adopt German Siemens PLC (S7-300) and related I/O cards as the master controller of the Micro-turbine Power Generating Sets control system; Select the full-automatic floating type charger that developed in shenyang university of technology as the starting direct current power of the electrical motor. The problem that the cuttings off storage battery load after parking is completely solved via adopting the starting and stopping self-locked logic.
