As a new power, the linear motor is paid more attention by people more and more. It has been used in many fields. It is one of the most important application in oil fields, especially used in the well of skew and deep. This thesis will study a tubular linear motor as a power of driving in oil fields. It will be put into the deep stratum of underground on the surface of the oil. And work by driving the pump. So the traditional machines of oil exploitation will not be used again.This paper will mainly finish of the work of bellow.First of all, I will finish the electromagnetic design of the tubular linear motor.The differences between tubular linear motor and rolling motor is that tubular linear motor has the problem of end effect. Through the analyzing of this thesis we can know that the dynamic end effect of this tubular linear motor can be ignored. While the static end effect can be counteracted by employing three motors together. Through transposing the windings of every phase, the asymmetry current can be eliminated. And the backformation and zero sequence current.The linear motor technology is still not very mature. Right to now, there is not mature program of the electromagnetism design. This paper refers to programs of the rolling motor to complete programs of the tubular linear motor.Secondly, analyzing the magnetic of the tubular linear motor with the software of ANSOFT. Through the analysis of the magnetic, it can be shown clearly whether the distributing of the magnetic is reasonable.Thirdly, this thesis analyses the influence of different secondary.Fourthly, through the examination, it will prove the theory. And at the same time, some new problems will be found through the examinations.At the end, this thesis will discuss the problem of harmonic and the power of square wave.
