Semiautomatic biochemistry analyzer is mainly used in the detection of variousbiochemical indexes of body fluid. The difference of the indexes brings muchscientific information that can help doctors make a judge about the state of patients.Since the introduction of the traditional manual biochemical analysis may lead tosophisticated operation, the great effect from the operators' subjective factors, andthe serious error, the appearance of the biochemical analyzer changes this situationsignificantly. Presently, the development of biochemical analyzer in China is still at apreliminary stage. Biochemical laboratories mainly use imports. Therefore, the studyon semiautomatic biochemistry analyzer has a great significance of enhancing ourlevel in researching and designing biochemistry analyzer. This project is conceivedto design a new semiautomatic biochemistry analyzer, which is easy to be used withimproved functions. The biochemistry analyzer is mainly used for exosomaticdiagnosis to analyses the various biochemical guide line of blood and other bodyfluids, it mensurates concentration of objects by photovoltaic method. Main researchcontent is as follows:Firstly, this dissertation presents the principles of biochemical analyzer and thetesting methods, and according to the performance indicators of the biochemicalanalyzer to be achieved, the architectures of control system of the biochemicalanalyzer is designed, and a clear and reasonable distribution for the hardware andsoftware functions is made.The hardware system of biochemical analyzer with the PIC 16F774 as the coreis realized. Signal detection was achieved by using photovoltaic method, and the Siphotodiode S1133 with low dark current was used as the detecting component,which improved the detection accuracy of the biochemical analyzer.In the IDE of PICMATE2004, the software design of the biochemical analyzerhas been finished based on PIC assemble language. According to the systemfunctional demand, the serial communication module, display module, keyboardmodule, A/D conversion module and data processing module are designed. In the end, this dissertation expounds the conception, source, classification andthe method of the error disposal, furthermore, the error disposal is illuminated in theaspects of suction module, light module, temperature control module, data gatheringand PCB design.In the course of testing, specimen should stay at the constant temperatureconditions, and temperature control has a greater impact on the performances of thebiochemical analyzer. The design control algorithm adopts fuzzy theory, usingintegrated temperature sensors, and using the peltier to control the temperaturethrough the signal of PIC microprocessor. By this means, the system achieved agood dynamic performance and well stability.The design conforms to the trends of medical equipment domestically, and withthe completion of the development of the analyzer and being market, it is bound tohave good social and economic benefits.
