This paper mainly discusses a Method Study for overlapping network's optimization under multi-goal and multiple resource-constrained conditions.Since the network plan was brought forward,the criterion for evaluating network was time,cost,resource all along .In this paper, discussed the problems aboutusing fuzzy optimum for multiple resource-constrained in overlappling network, todetermine the roles of the difference resources by fuzzy algorithm theory,then we treatments resources by quasi-share method, and set up the overlapping network's multiple resource-constrained model; Simultaneously, the author established the overlapping network' s multi-goal model by synthesizing the existing optimum models, also found the finite not bad solution of the model; Because the four goals was in contradiction with each other, using the multi-goal decision theory can optimize the overlapping network project scientifically and objectively. Thus the optimum network can reflect the project' s overall requires and embody the project' s total profits.
