Evaluating The Effectiveness Of Performance For General Scale Artillery Unit

Artillery unit information building plays an important role in army building. Automation and intelligence of the command in artillery unit campaign is a base to realize the information campaign. So it is an important task to evaluate the efficiency of artillery campaign efficiently.This paper, which bases on high-tech information local war and combine the true circus of campaign and disciplinary and aim at the actuality of the information building of artillery unit, propose a basic principle of artillery unit campaign performance and make some effort in the building of the artillery unit campaign performance evaluation system. The paper, which bases on sufficiency analysis of the basic factor of artillery unit campaign, makes research on the selection of evaluation index and system. In research, the evaluation guideline system is established by adopting arrangement analysis method, the target model is built by judging theory, the evaluate model is built by optimized product theory. Based on the above model, a system is designed using military expert system knowledge. The part of database, which uses Access relation-database and C++ builder object-oriented program language and whose interface is using DAO, build digital terrain.Research on the evaluation system is primary, but it can offer the instant efficiency evaluation for campaign assignment that was performed by artillery unit. it also can judge the effect that rehears by unit or director department and can assess the training achievement of daily discipline. In a word, it is a useful exploring in the information building of artillery.
