The traditional rolling piston compressors are widely used in air-condition systems because of the high capacity efficient,the simply construction and small size,the fewer easy damage parts,the small vibration and the smooth circulation. In this paper, a new rolling piston compressor with an arc blade is introduced. On the basis of traditional rolling piston compressor, the new rolling piston compressor with a pinned blade is improved: arc vane instead of the easy damageable spring and the linear gliding slab. So the slide friction is turned to the rolling friction,the friction loss is decrease and the sealing function is improved. On the basis of briefly introducing the characteristics and the working principle of the rolling piston compressor with a pinned blade in this paper, the motion mechanism of this compressor is simplified and the mathematics model is build up .Then the motion analysis of vane and rolling piston are introduced with the vectors equation, the working process of the new type compressor are simulated by Solid Woks software, the motion law of the articulated vane and rolling piston is drown up by Visual Basic software. So the potential reliability question is found out. And In terms of the potential reliability questions the strength of the vane and the hinge joint under static pressure is analyzed through ANSYS, finite element analysis software. Then according to the experimentation the lubrication system of new type compressors is confirmed, the mathematics model of the radial leakage occupying the total leakage 50% and end plane leakage occupying the total leakage 50% is build up and analyzed. So the improving treatment and solutions is brought forward .At last, those performance contrast tests and performance measurement of the national compressor refrigeration plant quality inspection center fully proof the new compressor with higher compressor character and reliability.
