Research On The Software Of Local Power System Medium And Long Term Load Forecasting

In electric power system planning, load forecasting is very important for the safe economical running of electric power system and the development of state economy. Analyzing the characteristics and applicability of existing load forecasting means, the article take six methods to forecast medium and long term load of local power system .On the basis of traditional Grey Model,the article improves Grey Model by the combination of equal dimension and new information and Residual error correction. Markov process is introduced to the correction. Case studies show that this method has higher precision than general model.The software about load forecasting has been accomplished by the OO(Object Oriented) method. This software has nicer usability and interface.
