With the rapid development of China's traffic,more bridges are needed to span wide rivers and straits.More long-span,more difficult in construction.The bridge construction control is an essential measure and step to ensure that the quality and safety are obtained during bridge construction, also to ensure that the final structural state is in agreement with what the designer requires.The paper took a continuous rigid frame bridge in Bao Long express way of YunNan province as an object of the study and studied the bridge construction control of cured continuous rigid frame bridge with long-span.1. The structural properties of cured continuous rigid frame bridge with long-span was analysed, then this paper made a summary of the domestic and international research condition of bridge construction control, and pointed out the necessity and important meaning of bridge construction control. A set of construction control system which served for the actual project was established,which can be widely used in the construction control of the same kind bridges.2. The finite element method model of the construction process of the cured continuous rigid frame bridge was built by MIDAS/Civil program. The model can accurately reflect the actual structure of the bridge state ,and correctly guide bridge construction.3. During the line-type control of prestressed concrete cured continuous rigid frame bridge, not only the vertical camber should been considered, lateral displacement of pier and torsion of box girder also should been taken into account.But it was not necessary to consider the influence of the torsion for the cured continuous rigid frame bridge which had a small circle angle (φ0≤22.5°~30°).4. The sensitive analysis of parameter and grey system method were used in the error adjustment of cured continuous rigid frame bridge.This method was proved convenient and reliable.5.
