With the rapid development of technology and Traffic institution in our country, the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge has been growing up rapidly in recent years with its unique predominance of handy construction, economical cost, reasonable internal force, comfortable traveling and convenient for segmental construction using the cantilever technique.It almost has become the firstselective bridge style when the main pan is in the range from100meters to300meters. Because the alignment of the completed girder isn’t adjustive during the course of the long-span bridge construction phase, the bridge construction control is necessary to closure successfully the bridge and sure the alignment and internal force pass muster. But with the bridge main span increasing, we put forward higher and update request for the technical gist of the bridge construction control. Because of the big-Scaled bridge construction, complex structure, grand scal,it is very difficult to control construction for ordinary method, so in order to realize automation and intelligentizing and enhance scientific, applicable, the accuracy for the bridge construction control.This paper based on the TuoJiang bridge construction control project, according to the characteristics of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge, build the reasonable structure model to finish simulate calculation for construction course. Apply least square method and Elevation data measured of the construction course to estimation and recognition of the parameters of the model, so modifying computing model make it tally with the actual situation. Predictive control alignmentof bridge superstructure so that monitoring, feedback, redictive to adjustment andcontrol alignment, finally to achieve the intended target. Build database of intelligent construction control system, using the data of the calculation model fixed the parameters. Construction control data processing was visual rely on the computer programming technology, formed a set of intelligent construction control system. The system product automatically theory data, analysis automatically error and evaluate the process of the construction control according to the errors. With the construction control system constantly improve, it will realize automation andintelligentizing.
