The existing switching sequences ticket automatic formation systems are mostly the off-line single agent system, and need improving in the aspects of intellectualized, security checking and flow verification execution. In view of this situation, this article proposed to establish operation rules template and users' maintainability mechanism to solve the universalized question of the operation rules' description, study and consequence. The article developed and realized a new intellectualized switching sequences ticket formation system for power grid. This system combines with the management information system and shares the real-time data with the SCADA system. It has maintainability and integrates many kinds of applied functions: automatically ordering ticket, manually writing ticket, simulation preview, flow verification, and the execution and management. The system sets up repository, regulation base and inference engine, and searches the space of keys of repository making use of inference engine, and forms all kinds of operation tasks utilizing the reasoning technique of expert system. On the given interfaces, operators may select operation tasks and other configuration options, and the corresponding operation contents would be formed automatically after the five-prevention estimation. At last, it analyzes and introduces management of switching tickets and applications of switching tickets of expert system. The main distinguishing features of the system are the following:1. Practicability. The system has developed a powerful picture software package. The consumer can revise substation picture according to movement of the scene equipments. The system has realized functions needed by the dispatching ticket of power system: The function of ordering ticket and the function of managing ticket, and these have strengthened the practicability of system.2. Real time. Realize the CDT circulation stipulations through VC++, gain the SCADA system real time data and save it to the real time database. By using the database programming technology to connect to the real time database, the system realizes refreshing the equipments' state of the power system, and makes the state answer to actual state of scene. 3. General Availability. The knowledge of system is based on the general knowledge of power system and the special knowledge of substation provided by customers. So it can be used in other power systems nearly without revising.4. Kinds of ways to ordering tickets. There are three kinds of tickets: switching operation ticket, synthetically operating ticket and gradual ticket. Every kind of ticket has three generating patterns: automatically generating, transferring the representative ticket and manually ordering. So it can satisfy all kinds of operation missions.5. The function of simulation preview. After ordering tickets automatically, the system can show the switches and knife switches, item by item, which are referred to in this operation, in the way of glittering. This can check the operating items and train novices.6. The functions of consumer's classification administration and managing daily records. By dividing the authority of operating, it carries out classification administration on the consumers, and this ensures the security of system. The function of managing daily records is propitious to distinguish the responsibilities and rights.
