Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Billing Expert System For Substation Operation

Operation ticket and work ticket system is an important technical managementmeasure to ensure the economy, safe and stable operation of grid. Two votescorrectness is directly related to the safety of electrical equipment and operatingpersonnel. The traditional billing method is operating personnel manual billing, butthis approach has been difficult to meet the needs of modern power productionmanagement. A lot of research shows that it is feasible and effective to solve theproblem of operation ticket and work ticket by application of expert systems. With therapid development of computers, artificial intelligence and database technology,research and development of intelligent billing expert system has important practicalsignificance.The following work has been completed by survey and analysis of domestic andinternational billing system application: Firstly, the related theories such as expertsystem and SCADA system, network topology and flow calibration are described andanalyzed as the theory basis of system design and development; Secondly, combinedwith the actual situation of expert system, inference engine is designed based on itscharacteristics and mechanisms; Thirdly, through the analysis and comparison ofseveral network topology analysis algorithms, select the appropriate analysisalgorithm of the system, and study the implementation process of the algorithm;Finally, study the overall structure, main functions’ implementation and operationprocess of intelligent billing expert system, a set of intelligent expert system withgood openness, versatility, flexibility and practicality is developed to achievegeneration combined with work ticket and operation ticket, for ensuring a consistentof two votes and increasing the versatility and maintainability of the system. Systemachieves the whole process automation and intelligence management of work ticketand operation ticket, with simulation training, user rights management, terminologydatabase maintenance, print settings and other auxiliary functions, which providesintelligent and efficient tools for billing work to promote the power system’s securityand economy. New design idea and solution are put forward to provide a reference fordevelopment of power expert system.
