The Development Of Power Grid Intelligent Dispatching Operation Ticket System

Based on the actual needs of an enterprise grid,on the basis of the existing power grid dispatching operation ticket system,designed and developed based on hierarchical reasoning and the new network analysis of power grid scheduling intelligent operation ticket system,satisfying the requirements of the business use of grid.In the cognitive model were studied after the relationship between atoms,this paper introduces the concept of object,equipment operation,at the atomic level,describes all kinds of primary and secondary equipments in substations.The new system is closely integrated with EMS system,and the network topology information,topological analysis and current computing function of EMS system are utilized.This paper probes into the method of applying the trend analysis to the reasoning process,and combines the trend analysis in the reasoning process to select the optimal scheduling instruction.In order to improve the practicability of the system,it also redesigned the expert system.Design expert system based on hierarchical structure,the knowledge base is divided into primary rules and secondary rules and instructions transformation rules of three levels,different levels of rules are independent of each other,enhances the universality of the rules.Accordingly,the reasoning process of the expert system is divided into three levels,and the next level is based on the reasoning results at the previous level.Network analysis is introduced and the architecture is improved.In view of the problem that the regional power grid is not intuitionistic in the process of graphic aid,this paper proposes a new method to generate the network dispatching operation ticket association diagram.After generating the correlation diagram,the dispatcher can have a clear and intuitive understanding of the equipment to be operated,which provides a strong technical support and decision basis for the power grid dispatching and command operation.The system designed and developed in this paper has been applied to the daily operation of the power grid.It is proved that the correctness and practicability of the system is strong,which obviously improves the efficiency of the dispatch operation ticket.
