Oil monitoring is a technique of mechanical monitoring and diagnosis which develops gradually from 1940s, it obtains the lubricating and wear condition information of the machine, evaluates the behavior of the machine and forecast the malfunction, even finds the reason, style and position of the machine through analyzing the performance changing and the wear particle of the used lubricating oil (or working medium) of the being monitored machine. Therefore, we can monitor the wear condition of the diesel engine through analyzing the material, concentration and the dimension distributing of the wear particle in using oil analyzing technique. This paper does the work of studying of wear evaluation on diesel engine reliability test for 1000h based on oil analysis.In a long time, the research on the wear condition of diesel engine pairs mostly depends on the bench testing, which is about the running in stage of the whole machine and the debugging of the main performance parameters, the purpose is to improve the surface topography and the changing of touching condition of the friction pairs, thereby prevents the earlier wear of diesel engine. Whereas, the research on the wear condition of the normal wear phase of diesel engine is still unfamiliar, though the experimental research of this course consumes money, time and manpower but it can not always carry the expectant effect. In addition, owing to the complexity of the mechanical equipments and the instability of the wear condition of diesel engine, it is difficult to obtain the precise quantificational wear law. This paper has solved the question, it collects the information which reflects the wear condition of the diesel engine by reliability test, and evaluates the wear condition during the reliability test of the diesel engine by using tendency chart analyses, mathematical model estimation, information fusion technology, also combines the disconnecting test of the engine.The purpose we carry on the condition evalution of the diesel engine reliability test is to take the research and improve on the designing and performance of diesel engine through finding and analyzing the possible wear-out failures in the test, thereby achieve the aim of improving the reliability and economy of the machine.In this paper, on the base of trial operation and theoretical analysis, oil monitoring is looked on as the instrument, at first, it evaluates the wear condition by using tendency chart analyses, disconnecting analyses and performance parameter analyses of the diesel engine; When evaluating the wear condition by using mathematical model, it solve the problem for oil changing influence during the trial, then evaluates the wear condition by modeling; During the analyses by using information fusion technology, the evalution model of wear condition for Dempster-Shafter and spectral information fusion are founded, and constructes the probability function. Combines the conventional methed, mathematical method and information fusion for oneness, it evalutes the wear condition during the reliability test of the diesel engine, and supplied important theory gist for carrying on the correctional research for the future.
